Your responsibilities includes:

• Provide welcoming service on the sales floor, and at the fitting room. 

• Handle garments that arrived: open, unpack and ironing the merchandise.

• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and storeroom.

• Keep the sales and service areas tidy and well maintained.

• Stay informed about campaigns and sales activities.

• Follow safety, security and operation routines.

• Work as a team and support all colleagues 

 

Sales Supervisor : 

As an f block Sales Supervisor, you will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor leading by examples. Up to the challenge? Because you will support your co-workers by listening to their ideas and nurturing their skills to achieve incredible sales figure. It’s a fast pace, extremely rewarding job with excellent career opportunities.

 
Your responsibilities includes:

• Ensure that your store is providing excellent customer service on the sales floor, and at the fitting room.

• Work with the garments and your team to maximise sales.

• Implement and follow up visual merchandise, sales activities together with the store team. 

• Plan, staff and organise the store team as needed.

• Recruit, train, develop and assess sales advisors along with management team.

• Follow safety, security and operation routines.

• Show good leadership and support all colleagues

   

Sales Manager:

This job isn’t about being on top of the hierarchy. It’s about earning the respect of others. Your territory? The sales floor. In other words, it is about inspiring and motivating your team to achieve incredible results. Running a fashion store is a serious test of your leadership skill, business savvy and personal drive. Ultimately, it’s a balance of humility, common sense, decisiveness and the ability to coach others to achieve their full potential.

 
Your responsibilities includes:

• Ensure a high level of customer service in your store and follow up on the results.

• Maximise sales opportunities by having a commercial focus.

• Ensure that the visual merchandising is meeting standards.

• Maximise profitability of your store.

• Ensure that all safety, security, operation and administration routines are followed.

• Plan and work towards specific goals with management team.

• Recruit, train, develop, plan, organise and assess the team as needed.
